Swedish-style princess cake--with homemade marzipan

For the months of October and November we are pleased to offer our princess cake in a pumpkin variation: pumpkin sponge cake, homemade pumpkin puree, pumpkin pastry cream, pumpkin brittle, homemade marzipan with almonds and pumpkinseeds. 

Soft sponge cake, rhubarb, raspberry, or strawberry jam, vanilla pastry cream, lightly sweetened whipped cream, in a homemade marzipan shell

Contains wheat, dairy, eggs, almonds. 

We prefer 48 hours advance notice for all cakes, though we try to accommodate rush orders when possible.
